Our values statement

• We are building up the church as a center of culture-making, social transformation, and cultivation of the parallel social institutions and intermediary communities.

• Acceptance and affirmation without formation and discipleship that lead to a profound transformation of individuals are empty exercises.

• We engage with the communities and the world as "ambassadors of Christ" for a more just and beloved world in which all may flourish.

• We value and encourage sacred curiosity, learning, and a responsible quest for truth and knowledge. 

• We value and encourage active culture-making through arts, writing, music, and other creative pursuits.

• We put those on the margins of society front and center and challenge the predominant cultural narratives.
